Core features: the "Herr Müller Test" (can a 57‑year‑old craftsman understand the screen in 3 seconds), One Screen One Job views, large labeled touch targets (48–56px+), full‑width prominent primary buttons with verb labels like "Angebot erstellen", and plain German copy with no technical jargon or English words. It prescribes clear error/help text, avoids icon‑only affordances, and requires obvious success/failure states.
