This Skill integrates Google Stitch via mcporter to design, preview, iterate, and export front-end UI code. After initial setup (ensure a "stitch" server is configured in mcporter — e.g., mcporter config add stitch --command "npx" --args "-y stitch-mcp-auto" — and confirm Google Cloud authentication), designers provide a textual prompt. Use stitch.generate_screen_from_text to produce a screenId and immediately fetch a visual preview with stitch.fetch_screen_image. Iterate by refining prompts or using stitch.extract_design_context to preserve style, showing new previews until the user approves. Only after approval, fetch production-ready assets with stitch.fetch_screen_code to retrieve HTML/CSS for saving or integration. Ideal for rapid prototyping, designer–developer handoff, visual validation before coding, and speeding UI iteration while maintaining exportable front-end code.
