Documents is a document-processing skill for creating, editing, converting, and analyzing DOCX, PDF, PPTX, and XLSX files. Key features include tracked changes and redlining for Word documents, structure and comment management, conversion between formats, and extraction or insertion of text, images, and tables. For PDFs it supports merge/split, form filling, text and table extraction, watermarking, and password protection. For presentations it handles slide creation, layouts, templates, speaker notes, and export. For spreadsheets it supports data extraction, formatting, and conversion. The skill respects user customizations placed in ~/.opencode/skills/PAI/USER/SKILLCUSTOMIZATIONS/Documents/ which override defaults, and requires loading the full PAI context (read ~/.opencode/skills/PAI/SKILL.md) before tasks. A mandatory voice notification (curl POST to localhost:8888/notify) and a text notice must be sent immediately on invocation to ensure consistent orchestration and observability.
